If your cart is under R1000 then an extra one-time delivery fee will be added as follows:

  • Cape Town: R85
  • Johannesburg, Durban & Surrounds: R125
  • Mpumalanga, North West, Limpopo & Bloemfontein: R200

We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 working days from date of payment.

We will notify you as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. During peak season (Black Friday & Christmas) please allow up to 7-14 working days from date of payment.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please email info@thefragranceroom.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the product is in its original condition, you may return it and we will offer a refund on your payment.

Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Yes! If you are experiencing technical issues, please email us directly on sales@thefragranceroom.co.za and let us know exactly what you would like (even taking a screenshot of your cart helps).

We will send you an invoice as well as our banking details for you to pay via EFT.

If your order is urgent, please contact us directly on +27 (0)21 001 4330 to double check if we have stock of the items you require before placing your order.

Calling us directly will avoid any delays. We can also quote you on a faster overnight delivery if needed!
