I AM STRUGGLING TO PAY ONLINE, CAN I EFT YOU DIRECTLY?

Yes! If you are experiencing technical issues, please email us directly on sales@thefragranceroom.co.za and let us know exactly what you would like (even taking a screenshot of your cart helps). We will send you an invoice as well as our banking details for you to pay via EFT.

 

WHAT IF I NEED AN ORDER IN A RUSH?

If your order is urgent, please contact us directly on +27 (0)21 001 4330 to double check if we have stock of the items you require before placing your order. Calling us directly will avoid any delays. We can also quote you on a faster overnight delivery if needed!

HOW DO I REPORT AN ISSUE?

Please kindly send us an email to info@thefragranceroom.co.za if you would like to report any issue that you may have, and we will  forward your query onto the relevant department to contact you back soonest to assist.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please email us on sales@thefragranceroom.co.za before checking out so we can find the most effective delivery method.
