Celebrate the natural beauty of the African Bushveld with this classic single wick scented candle packaged in a beautiful orange and gold box. Our candles are hand poured in South Africa, using a soy wax blend and fine perfume oils imported from the Grasse region of France. The elegant Cape Island glass cup can be rinsed and recycled once the candle is done.
This fragrance has a base of earthy cedarwood which blends effortlessly with patchouli, wild sage, and crisp bergamot, creating a rich and spicy aroma which captures the uncultivated majesty of the African bushveld. Popular with both men and women, this unisex fragrance is exotic and elegant.
Fragrance description: Safari Days where spicy patchouli combines with a earthy cedarwood, a hint of bergamot and wild sage.

Candle Care
Tips on taking care of your candle:
1. Trim the wick
To ensure an even and smoke-free burn, the wick should be trimmed to a length of 5mm before each burn. The best time to do this is when the candle wax is completely cool.
2. Create a melt pool
Allow your candle to burn until a pool of wax forms on the candle surface. Wax has a memory and if you extinguish too soon, this may result in "tunnelling". In order to get the most from your candle and maximise scent throw, it is ideal for the entire surface of the candle to liquefy before extinguishing.
3. The 4-hour rule
Never exceed a 4-hour burning time in any burn subsequent to the initial burn. This will help to preserve the fragrance of your candle and prevent unsightly debris and soot from dirtying the wax. Allow your candle to rest for a minimum of 2 hours before lighting again.
4. Never blow out your candle
Blowing out your candle generates a lot of smoke and debris. This mixes with the liquid wax. When the wax is melted, gently turn the wick into the liquid wax to extinguish. After extinguishing, re-centre the wick so that the candle burns evenly.
